Anytime your community has a change to your resident payment portal, you need to contact Flex. Click here to create a request, and ensure that you select "Property and Resident Portal" in the dropdown under "Issue," "requesting to add a property/portal" under "I am..." and "add a specific resident portal" under "I am looking to..."
The "Description" should include the following information:
- Property Name
- Property Full Address
- Property Website URL
Residents will also need to make necessary changes in the Flex app, so rent payments can be made using the ACH option within the Domuso payment portal.
- Select "Settings" located on the bottom right of the flex app home screen.
- Select "Property details" located on the settings screen.
- Select "Re-link property" located on the property screen.
- Type the name of your community in the "Search partner properties" field.
- Proceed through the necessary steps to re-link your property to Flex. The resident will need their Domuso username and password in order to complete this process.
