What emails do my residents receive?

Welcome email

When you add a resident, or an applicant or resident signs up on Domuso.com an email is automatically sent with information to help them get started.

 

Payment confirmation

a. When residents make a payment, we send an email to confirm the scheduled payment.

b. When approved, a confirmation email is sent out informing the resident their their payment been completed.

c. If a previously accepted payment is voided the resident will receive an email notification.
