If your property has auto-approve enabled, you will still need to manually approve partial payments and over payments. Payments which do not exactly match the amount due will not clear until you accept them. If you are not using auto-approval, you will need to manually accept ALL payments.
You will be notified when payments are made; you can accept or reject partial payments depending on your policy. The resident will receive an email notification after you accept or reject the payment.
