Why was my payment declined?

The most common decline reasons are incorrect card or bank account information, or insufficient funds.

Rejected by the Property Manager

If the property manager rejects your payment it can be because of a variety of reasons including a policy prohibiting partial payments, your resident status, etc.

 Please contact your property manager directly to discuss rejected payments.
