If your property accepts service requests through Domuso you will see the button in the portal right underneath Make a Payment. If you do not see "Service Request" as an option please contact your property directly to submit a work order.
Residents can submit maintenance requests by logging into their account and clicking on the orange "Service Request" button.
If your property is NOT configured to use Domuso for service requests then the Service Request button will be hidden and maintenance/service requests will be taken care of outside Domuso.
