Please try the following:
1. Click on the Start or Windows icon on the bottom left of your screen
2. Type in Services and then hit Open
3. Click on "Stop The Service" and then click on 'Restart the Service"
4. Then exit the Services application page by closing all windows using the X in the upper right hand corner.
5. Logout of Domuso and close your Chrome browser
6. Open a new browser, login and try rescanning.
Please contact Domuso support if the scanner is unable to initiate after trying the above steps.
