Domuso makes it easy to submit maintenance or service requests—if your property has this feature enabled.
How to Submit a Request in Domuso
If your property accepts service requests through Domuso, you’ll see a “Submit Maintenance Request” button just above the “Make a Payment” option in your account.
To submit a request:

Log into your Domuso account

Click the orange “Submit Maintenance Request” button

Fill out the request form and submit
Your request will be sent directly to your property management team for review and follow-up.
Don’t See the Maintenance Request Button?
If the “Submit Maintenance Request” option is not visible in your account:

Your property may not be using Domuso for service requests

Please contact your property management team directly to submit a work order
