1. My Account Balance Looks Incorrect
If your balance appears incorrect in the Domuso portal, please reach out directly to your property’s leasing office.
Domuso displays the balance provided by your property management system, and any updates must be made by your leasing team.
2. How Do I Know If My Payment Went Through?
After making a payment, check your email for a Domuso payment confirmation.
If you received a confirmation email, your payment was successfully submitted!
3. How Do I Create an Account?
Option 1: Via Email Invitation
You may receive a welcome email from Domuso with a link to create your account. Click the link, set your password, and you're ready to log in and pay rent.
Option 2: Self Sign-Up
If you didn’t receive an email, follow these steps to create your account:

Go to www.domuso.com

Click “Pay My Rent”

Search for and select your property name

Click “Create Account” and enter the required information

Check your email inbox for an activation link

Click the link, create your password, and you're all set!
Note: If you create your account from Domuso.com directly, your account balance may not appear until your property manager confirms your profile.
4. Why Can't I Use My Saved Bank Account?
If your saved bank account appears greyed out, your property currently requires certified (cash equivalent) payment.
You can still use your bank account by:

Selecting Domuso Online Certified as your payment method

Re-entering your bank details if prompted
5. Why Is My Bank Account Ineligible at This Time?
Domuso Online Certified is a digital alternative to cashier’s checks and money orders. These payments are 100% guaranteed to your property, so we verify account history and available funds before approval.
If your account doesn’t meet the criteria at this time:

You may not be eligible to use Domuso Certified ACH
