My account balance is not correct
Please contact your property's leasing office directly. Domuso partners with your property to process payments. The balance due reflected in the Domuso portal is determined by your property.
Did my payment go through?
Please check your email for a payment confirmation from Domuso. If you received an email, your payment was successful!
How do I create an account?
Look for an email from Domuso with a link to create your account. Click on the link, create your password and you're set up and ready to pay!
If you don't see an email follow the directions below:
- Visit Domuso.com and click on the "PAY MY RENT" button.
- Search for your property name, select your property and click GO.
- Select the "Create Account" button and enter the required information
- Check your inbox for an activation email, click on the link, create your password and you're set up and ready to pay!
Please keep in mind if you create your account from Domuso.com the account balance will not display until your property manager confirms your account.
Why can't I pay with my saved bank account?
If your regular bank account option is greyed out it is because you are currently required by your property to make a cash equivalent payment. You can still use the same bank account for payment but you will need to select Domuso Online Certified for the payment method and may be prompted to re-enter your account information.
Why is my bank account ineligible at this time?
Domuso offers Online Certified payments as an online alternative to a cashier's check or money order. Since Domuso certifies to your property that these payments are 100% guaranteed, your account history and available balance will be reviewed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all payments so some accounts will not be eligible for Domuso Online Certified at all times. If you receive this message you have the option of paying via credit card or with cash at any MoneyGram location.
