Flex is a third-party financial service that allows renters to split their monthly rent into two smaller payments. This can help align rent payments with income schedules and reduce financial stress.
However, it’s important to note that Domuso and Flex are not affiliated and do not integrate with each other. If your property uses Domuso for rent payments, you’ll need to update your Flex settings to ensure payments are routed correctly.
How Flex Works
-
Flex allows renters to split rent into two smaller payments per month.
-
This feature helps residents better manage cash flow and monthly expenses.
-
Flex pays the full rent upfront and collects half at the beginning of the month and the other half later in the month.
Important Note: No Integration with Domuso
Domuso and Flex are separate services.
Domuso does not support or connect directly with Flex. If your property transitions to Domuso, you'll need to manually update your Flex settings to ensure payments are applied correctly.
