Domuso provides a secure and certified payment platform for rent and other charges, but it does not connect or sync with Flex in any way.
If your property is transitioning from Flex to Domuso, residents will need to update their payment setup to ensure rent is processed correctly through Domuso.
How to Assist Residents Transitioning from Flex to Domuso
If a resident is currently using Flex and needs to update their information for Domuso payments, guide them through the following steps:
1. Update Property Information in Flex
Direct the resident to the Flex Help Center and instruct them to:
